Cocktail «Merry-go-round» is one of the earliest cocktails. Historically it appeared when “cocktails” meant “swill”. Original receipt included all kinds of alcohol drinks, mostly cheep, so should you want to feel yourself a cowboy, you can mix Merry with some rum, whisky, tequila etc.
